The picture of the residential housing market looks bright according to Wegner’s interview with KTVK 3 TV’s news anchor Scott Pasmore for the “Real Estate Reality” segment that aired on Good Day Arizona on January 5, 2007. Wegner’s expertise on the Phoenix marketplace brought predictions of a “dynamic year” with housing sales “red hot by summer.”
